A Pause on Tuesday Meditation Classes
Please excuse our Tuesday afternoon meditation pause while we do a reboot.
In the meantime, keep your meditation close.
In those times of need for rest and relaxation,
sit, stand, lay down, take conscious breaths and consider:
When do you find joy? When do you feel truly at home with yourself?
And listen.
We are retooling our meditation needs for our community. We will see you in August.

Beach Yoga at Regan Beach (South Lake Tahoe) on the Schedule!
Grassroots Yoga is partnering with Tahoe Rising to provide yoga on the beautiful beaches of South Lake Tahoe for the summer months. If you are interested in attending more beach yoga classes than the one we have (Thursdays at 8:30), go to TahoeRising.com or email Emilee at info@grassrootsyogacenter.com to figure out how you can take advantage of this spectacular experience. Great for when families come to visit!

Tahoe Yoga Fest. August 10 and August 11. Special invite.
Last year, I had the privilege at volunteering at the first annual Tahoe Yoga Fest that is being hosted by OMNI in South Lake Tahoe. This was a gloriously wonderful day where we practiced yoga on the side of Heavenly Mountain. Magical. This year, the owner, Jess Broyls is expanded it from Sunday to Saturday AND Sunday this year on Aug 10, 2024, 8:00 AM – Aug 11, 2024, 5:00 PM
