Welcome to Grassroots Yoga Center

195 E. Winnie Ln. Carson City

At Grassroots Yoga Center we believe that yoga is for everyone. Every single person needs a space in their life where they connect with themselves and their body, free from external pressures and demands. For some people, they find that time in a favorite hobby or passion that brings a sense of calm that is of a single focus. For us, as yoga practitioners, we find this time on our mat.

Getting on to the mat is about connecting with your body and taking care of it.

Welcome to the journey! We are with you every step of the way

With gratitude,

Emilee Riggin
