Some exciting news: we will be adding new classes to the schedule starting the first full week in January. The goal is expand GYC Students’ self-care routines. In January, we are adding 8 new classes to the schedule and shifting membership options to ramp up the incentive to get into your body more often.

Starting in January, we are offering a membership that encourages you to attend TWO classes a week. Sort of like a monthly punch card. This is priced at $99. This incredible deal is a monthly recurring membership that gives you access to both Group Fitness and Yoga Classes. With 9 credits each month, you can take two classes a week with an extra credit thrown in for just $11 a class.

More about why we are shifting prices and how those will be rolling out below. You can also watch Brigette and Emilee explain new our offerings with our Mid-December Update from Grassroots.

Shifts for 2026

We want to help you grow! Our new schedule and price shift is designed to give you give you the incentive to take care of you.

If you are using a Seed Card, you are very likely conserving your usage, trying to parse out your wellness experiences in order to ration them. You might say something like, “Oh, do I want to use my punch for that class? But I also wanted to go to that class.” With our new offer of 2 classes a week—both for Yoga and Group Fitness—you can decide that two classes a week is your objective and feel inspired to use them. This membership is our 9 for $99. At $11 a class, we are trying to help you build the kind of patterns that will create calmer minds and stronger bodies.

Please note, part of what makes this deal possible is that it is a recurring monthly memberships. Recurring revenue is what enables us to plan appropriately and expand our services. This will not be offered for a single-month purchase and, with the best of intentions, should be considered at least a three-month commitment.

Grassroots has, from its inception, been designed to help serve people that can both afford and not afford yoga (and now fitness). But as we add new classes and new opportunities to the center, we have to manage the cash flow. We did a little market comparison, and our new prices are closer to market value. Our best offer is the All-In membership at $130 month. This membership offers a ton of perks including guest passes and discounts. Local competitors offer this same deal for no less that $125 a month, and they don’t have Group Fitness classes. We are unique in this membership option.

If you have questions or need help making a decision on which membership plan you would like to enroll in, please reach out to us by text 775-277-2449 or by email at info@grassrootsyogacenter.com. We are here to support you!

New chapters! 🌱

We are so excited for this next chapter of life with our Satsang. As you spend time with your loved

ones over the holidays, invite your family members to come to Grasstoots. As I say often at the end of class, getting into our bodies is hard work. By putting time intentional time with our bodies, we learn how we show up in the world and reflect on how we can improve. We learn to welcome both joy and discomfort with equanimity and we practice grace in how we respond.

This is the central philosophy of Grassroots. Through one person at a time, we can make our little corner of the world a better place. 💕

With love and light to you,

 Emilee and Brigette

P.S. Here are a few pictures from yesterday's Solstice Vision Board Workshop with Brigette and Patt

We had such a good time yesterday with the yoga, meditation, and vision board workshop that was led by Patt and Brigette. In this practice, we moved through our bodies, reflecting on our experiences of the past year. In this very intentional workshop, these women helped our students bloom into their next chapter.

We invite you to continue in this process of reflection and intention-setting.

Want to learn more about how we can use the moon phases to revitalize our intentions for 2026? Read Brigette's blog to find out how the yoga and chakra systems can create your foundation for your next year.
