What does it mean to be human?

This is a question Yukari has asked herself for many years. Humans are animals — and animals move. But unlike intentional exercise, much of our daily movement happens unconsciously. We move constantly, yet we may not move well.
When someone experiences stiffness or pain, it is often a message from the brain.
The brain interprets movement, safety, and discomfort. To change how we feel, we
must begin by changing how the brain understands the body.

Your Body and Brain Are Uniquely Yours
No two bodies are the same. No two nervous systems are the same. A movement that feels wonderful for one person may create discomfort for another — and that is completely normal.
Yukari’s approach to personal training is individualized, not standardized. She designs movement plans specifically for you, but she does not have your nervous system, your sensations, or your personal history. That means you become an active participant. Together, you observe, test, and refine what works for your unique brain–body connection.
This collaborative process forms the foundation of her work — and it leads directly into the Five Pillars of Neuroscience-Based Personal Training.
