At Grassroots Yoga Center we believe that yoga is for everyone. For some people, they find that time in a favorite hobby or passion that brings a sense of calm that is of a single focus. For us, as yoga practitioners, we find this time on our mat.

a mindful WYLD WALK and more as offerings unfold. Join us for our first ever Stargate Circle Global Gathering with Stargate Circle Host Evelyn.
Meditation sessions conclude before that morning’s yoga practice.
Wyld Walks will be Saturdays and Thursdays.

Our in Studio guided meditation: recognize our true selves, celebrate our unique life journeys, wonder about our individual meditative style.
$10 a session, $95 punch cards for 10 sessions.
WYLD WALKS :
Mindful Nurturing Nature Treks
Join us for a single experience, or the September month series. Each week will be a trek in a different location with each walk offered twice per week.
$10 per Wyld Walk, or $33 for the Month series.
Bring yourself on a date - guided light hikes BEing in Nature. Over the month series, we will walk different paths focusing on the Body + Breath + Heart to ground and reconnect with your whole wyld-self, sharing the trek with other bright souls. Hike meet locations noted on calendar and through QR code.

Sign release form with Wyld Walk Guide; wear supportive tennis, light hiking or trail running shoes and quality socks, comfortable clothing; REQUIRED: full personal water bottle; hats recommended; charged phone for photos, voice, and text notes to self; items needed for your own self care; Guides ready to trek rain or shine.... windy gales optional.

What is a yoga practice?
What happens when you step on your mat at Grassroots Yoga Center? You are led through an experience with your body where our skilled and knowledgable team members will prompt you to move and breathe with intention. Our certified yoga and meditation teachers are trained in a variety of modalities and bring a deep well of knowledge to every class they lead. Rest assured: this is a place for every BODY to practice, regardless of age, current state of physical health, or body type.
